What is The DOC Journey Course?

It is a framework that presents  scientifically backed strategies that allows both patients and clinicians access to them. The focus is on learning skills to process adversity more effectively and also nurture joy. By calming the nervous system, reducing stress chemicals, and fostering a sense of safety, your body will heal.

The program is structured into a series of lessons and video tutorials that guide participants through understanding pain, learning stress reduction techniques, and applying neuroplasticity to rewire the brain’s response to pain. You are rebuilding a new brain without disruptive unpleasant circuits. Once you begin to feel better, the journey has just started and there doesn’t appear to be any limits, as you take charge of your life, including medical care.
